One Night @ the Call Center Book Review
This is the second novel by India’s bestselling author Chetan Bhagat. The story of the novel (as per him) is based on a true story, as the novel starts in a train where author meets an exquisitely beautiful girl and the two engage in conversation. The girl tells him a plot of a story based on a condition that if he wants to listen the whole of it then he will have to publish it as his second novel, the novel was published and we got One Night @ the Call Center.
The novel has six characters Shyam Mehra, Priyanka, Vroom, Esha Singh, Radhika Jha, and Military Uncle, working in a same call center in Gurgaon. It is a story of a one night which discusses the common issues amongst the normal call center employees in India, but it turns interesting in the end as they receive a call from the God!
One Night @ the Call Center like Five Point Someone was a bestseller, but didn’t pull the chords like FPS did.
